Jon’s journey began with pre-med studies at the University of Texas, where he quickly realized the limitations of conventional medicine in addressing the root causes of health issues. This realization led him to explore holistic approaches, eventually developing the Arend Method—a comprehensive system that combines scientific advancements with natural principles to promote lasting well-being.

Jon’s expertise is widely recognized, attracting a diverse clientele that includes professional athletes, military and law enforcement elites, business executives, and individuals seeking to enhance their vitality.

He began his career at the prestigious Sports Club Los Angeles, where he honed his skills before launching his own private practice.

In 2010, Jon co-founded Court Strength, an innovative fitness and tennis facility in Santa Monica, California, in partnership with Duke University tennis coaches. This facility became a training ground for professional, collegiate, and junior tennis players. After successfully growing the business, Jon sold his interests in 2015 to pursue new ventures.

Jon’s innovative approach caught the attention of Nike and Microsoft, leading to his role as a lead motion capture movement specialist for the Nike+Kinect Training game on the Xbox 360 platform. He also collaborated with The Teeter Corporation as a trainer for their Thunderbell fitness program.

In 2014, he launched Combat Science, an online platform offering integrated self-defense and fitness training.

The following year, he founded Arend Method, a holistic online wellness company based in Park City, Utah. The Arend Method embodies Jon’s commitment to helping individuals reclaim their vitality through personalized protocols that harmonize science, biology, and nature.
